What may qualify
Orders that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered are the strongest candidates for a replacement, store credit, or refund review.
What may be declined
Requests submitted well after delivery, items that have been altered or misused, or returns sent back without approval may be declined. Shipping costs are generally not refunded unless the error was ours.
How resolution works
Once reviewed, we may approve a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue and the condition of the order. We review requests manually rather than auto-approving them.
